High heat and 2 days of action packed racing was the scene at Glen Helen Raceway this last weekend, at rounds 9&10 of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. Racer engineering had two drivers who fought their way to the podium in both rounds. Pro4 driver Doug Fortin earned a 3rd place finish on Saturday and a 5th place finish on Sunday. But it was Keaton Swane who brought home a 1st place finish on Sunday night in the Pro Buggy class! This was an awesome day for Keaton, his first time on the podium was at the top! Great job to all of our Racer Engineering drivers. We are excited and looking forward to the next LOORRS event in Sparks NV.
Racer Engineering's driver Doug Fortin took a 2nd place this last Sunday at the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series battle south of the boarder in Ensenada's famous Estero Beach Resort. Doug fought from the back of the pack passing and rubbing doors with top racers Bryce Menzies, Greg Adler, and Carl Renezeder before he made his way across the finish line to take the silver!
